FOR YOUR VENUE / SACRAMENTO
Audio engineers.
Behind your console.
Audio engineer staffing for Sacramento venues, artists, and event teams. Bring us in for front-of-house mixing, monitor engineering, or a conversation about recurring venue coverage.
Talk through your projectTHE WORK / AUDIO ENGINEER STAFFING
Support that starts before soundcheck.

When the venue has a sound system and the show needs an engineer, the right information makes a useful first conversation. Tell us about the console, the PA, stage monitors, and the artists on the bill. We’ll discuss the engineering role and schedule rather than asking you to figure out a whole new production package.
Front-of-house engineering focuses on the mix the audience hears. Monitor engineering supports what performers need to hear on stage. Some shows call for one engineer; others need separate roles. Share the artist requirements, stage setup, and existing crew so we can talk through an appropriate arrangement.
Recurring venue coverage starts with your calendar and the way your room operates. Include regular show nights, typical artist setups, and the responsibilities you need covered. For a single date, send the full working window, including load-in, soundcheck, performance, and the expected finish.
Sacramento Sound Solutions was founded by audio engineers Josh Greene and Rebecca Sleeth. Rebecca’s interview in Sacramento News & Review offers a look at her path into live sound and the local need for dependable engineers that helped shape the company.
LET’S MAKE A PLAN
A few details.
A clearer starting point.
Send what you have. We can work through the open questions together.
Share the system.
Send console and monitor details, available microphones, and any house patch or input documentation. Photos can help when an equipment list is incomplete.
Define the role.
Let us know whether you need the audience mix, monitors, or broader show support. Include the artist rider and the other crew involved.
Set the schedule.
Provide the event date and working hours, or the recurring dates you need covered. We’ll discuss availability and responsibilities with you.
BEFORE YOU BOOK
Questions about
audio engineer staffing.
Can you work with our house console and PA?
Yes. Tell us which system is installed and what is available on stage. That lets us discuss the fit and identify questions before the engineer arrives.
Can we discuss regular venue coverage?
Yes. Send the dates or recurring schedule, typical shows, and the duties you need covered. Availability and the final scope are agreed during the booking conversation.
What if we need equipment as well as an engineer?
Include both needs in the same request. Live sound production and backline support are separate services we can discuss alongside staffing, with equipment availability confirmed for the event.
LET’S TALK
Let’s talk about your next show.
Send the date, venue, console, and role you need covered. For recurring coverage, share your upcoming calendar.
