THE WORK / STAGES LARGE & SMALL

The stage is part of the event plan.

We arrange stages supplied and owned by production partners, and coordinate staging with the rest of your event. The Stageline SL75 has a standard 20-foot by 16-foot deck and a hydraulically raised roof. That deck measurement is a starting point; the complete site footprint, access, and required accessories are confirmed with the supplier.

A stage request starts with what will happen on it. A speaker, a small musical group, and a full band need different amounts of room. Tell us about the performers, instruments, and other equipment that need to share the space. If you already have a preferred stage size, include it in the request.

The venue helps define the conversation. Share the event location, photos of the proposed stage area, and any measurements or venue plans available. Let us know whether the event is indoors or outdoors and who is coordinating the site. We can discuss available staging options with that context.

Timing is another essential detail. Include the time the stage needs to be ready, any rehearsal or soundcheck, the event schedule, and the available removal window. Venue access and the order in which other suppliers will be working are useful details to raise during planning.

We arrange staging through production partners and can combine it with live sound, an Adamson PA, power distribution, generators, and LED screens. Share the overall event requirements in one conversation, then work through the agreed scope for each service. Stage dimensions, configuration, availability, and any additional requirements are confirmed for the particular event.

LET’S MAKE A PLAN

A few details.
A clearer starting point.

Send what you have. We can work through the open questions together.

  1. Describe the performance.

Tell us who will use the stage and what needs to be on it. Include any requested dimensions and a stage plot if you have one.

  2. Show us the space.

Send the venue and proposed stage location, along with photos or a site plan. Include access information and whether the event is indoors or outdoors.

  3. Talk through the setup.

Share setup, rehearsal, event, and removal times. We’ll discuss staging options and the details that need to be confirmed for your date.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

Questions about
stages large & small.

Do you provide small stages as well as larger stages?

Yes. We arrange small modular stages and larger stages through production partners, including the Stageline SL75. Tell us how the stage will be used, the space available, and any dimensions you have in mind.

How big is the Stageline SL75?

Stageline lists a standard deck of 20 feet by 16 feet. The full setup requires additional space. Extensions and accessories depend on the supplier’s equipment and the site plan; they are confirmed separately for your event.

How do we decide what size stage to request?

Start with the people and equipment that need to fit on stage. A performer list, stage plot, and measurements of the venue space make the discussion more useful. You do not need to have the final layout decided before getting in touch.

Can we discuss a stage, sound, screens, and power together?

Yes. We coordinate staging, live sound, LED screens, power distribution, and generators with our rental and production partners. Include the needs you know about so we can discuss each part of the event and confirm the scope for your date.
