A sound plan for your event.
Sacramento Sound Solutions coordinates the production and engineering, with access to Skip’s Music rental inventory and partner-supplied stages and LED screens. Rental equipment remains owned by its supplying partner. We confirm the equipment, crew, and responsibilities in your event proposal.
PA options through Skip’s Music include Adamson S10 speakers and S19 subwoofers. A Stageline SL75, smaller modular stages, larger staging options, LED screens, generators, and power distribution can be discussed as part of the same production. Models, quantities, and configurations are confirmed for your date.
A band, a podium, and a day of changing performers each bring different audio needs. Start with the event itself: who is performing, who needs to hear them, and how the day will run. We can talk through the sound system, microphones, stage monitors, and engineering support that fit that plan.
Our live sound work covers planning, setup, operation during the event, and strike afterward. If your venue already has a sound system, tell us what is installed. Share the site plan, audience size, available power information, and any other suppliers involved so we can discuss the production scope before you book.
For a graduation or spoken program, send the running order and tell us about speeches, music playback, and any performers. For a concert, artist riders and a changeover schedule help explain what needs to happen between acts. A clear schedule gives the crew, organizers, and artists a shared starting point.

Start with the room.
Send the venue, expected attendance, and whether the event is indoors or outdoors. Include stage photos or a venue plan if you have them.
Map the performance.
List the bands, speakers, instruments, microphones, and playback sources. A stage plot shows where performers and equipment will be placed.
Agree on the day.
Share load-in access, soundcheck time, doors, show times, and the final pickup or load-out window. We’ll discuss staffing and equipment around those details.

Can you provide full production, including power and LED screens?
Yes. We coordinate live sound, stages, LED screens, power distribution, and generators with our rental and production partners. Share the site plan, event schedule, and other suppliers’ requirements so we can confirm the scope together.
What PA and mobile stage can you arrange?
We have access to an Adamson PA through Skip’s Music and a partner-supplied Stageline SL75. We can also arrange large and small stages. Equipment remains owned by the supplying partner, and availability is confirmed for each event.
Can you arrange LED screens?
Yes. LED screens are available through our production partners. Share the audience layout, screen location, and content you want to display so we can confirm suitable options and availability.
Do we need to know which speakers and microphones to book?
No. Start with the event, audience, venue, and performers. We can discuss the audio requirements from there. If another supplier or venue is providing equipment, send that list too.
Can we hire an engineer for a system that is already installed?
Yes. If the PA and stage equipment are already in place, audio engineer staffing may be the right starting point. Include the console model, monitor setup, and show schedule in your request.
What changes the scope of an event sound request?
Audience layout, the number of performers, stage inputs, monitor needs, access, and the working schedule all matter. Send the known details so the conversation can focus on your event, including anything still to be decided.
